随着建筑的发展和人们需求的不断提高,人们开始关注建筑与环境的关系,这就需要在进行人居环境与建筑设计时,加强精准性的重视.本文笔者从建筑与环境设计的精准性着手,分析了精准性的概念和属性,探讨了人居建筑与环境的精准性设计的原则和对策,并分析了进行精准性设计所取得的效果.目的是为人居建筑与环境的精准性设计提供指导和借鉴,进而实现人类居住环境的良性发展.

With the development of architecture and the increasing demand of the market, people began to pay at entio-n to the relations between architecture and environment, which requires the living environment and architectural design, enha-nce the precision of at ention. In this paper the author from the accuracy of architecture and environmental design in hand, analyzes the concept and at ribute accuracy, discusses the resi-dential architecture and environment of the accuracy of the design principles and measures, and gives the analysis précis-ion of design result. The purpose is to provide guidance and reference for the accurate design of residential buildings and the environment, and realize the benign development of huma-n living environment.
