我国既是一个建筑大国,又是一个建筑存量大国.在庞大的建筑群体中,有相当一部分建筑接近或已经达到其设计使用寿命.恶劣环境、自然灾害、人为因素等也严重影响到结构的正常使用.所以,相关人员必须采取有效的结构加固措施,恢复受损构件的原有功能,以达到使用的要求.
