In the actual construction it often encounters high sand content of soils, because of its bearing force is relatively low and easy to produce on the basis of underground runoff, it has great harm to foundation, effective treatment must be taken in the process of construction. A project in the Republic of An-gola in the KIKUXI District of Luanda for example, this paper describes a relatively easy, economical and simple combinatio-nnal treatment——cement modified with clay method of closed water.
