In recent years the construction subcontract proble-ms emerge in an endless stream, il egal subcontracting has bec-ome a curse of the engineering safety. This paper analyzes the subcontracting of problems and risks, puts forward the way to reduce the subcontracting risk, meaning the risk management mechanism to strengthen a comprehensive review of subcontr-acting units, the construction unit strengthen the at ention to subcontract.
