随着我国城镇化进程的不断加快,我国建筑工程施工的规模也越来越大,管理的难度也在不断加大.安全管理作为建筑工程施工管理的重要组成部分,存在的弊端也越来越明显.本文就目前我国建筑工程在施工管理中的安全管理方面存在问题进行了系统地分析,并针对如何提高建筑工程施工安全管理的实效性提出了几点建议,仅供参考.

With accelerating urbanization process in China, the scale of building construction in China is growing and the management is becoming increasingly difficult. Security man-agement as an important part of the construction management, the drawbacks have become increasingly evident. In this article, the author system analysis the security management problems of construction engineering and put forward some suggestions for how to improve the effectiveness of the security managem-ent of the building construction, what for reference only.
