The construction quality control throughout the en-tire construction process, which related to the survival and de-velopment of construction business, as wel as the relationship between the social and economic benefits of construction ente-rprises. In this article, the author focuses on the quality of the formation process of the construction works and the factors impact on project quality, analysis the control content and me-asures of the construction work quality to summarize some sh-al ow experience to enhance project quality control methods and measures for reference only.
