近些年,房地产建筑业有了空前发展,取得了令人瞩目的成绩.然而,在房地产建筑业快速发展的同时,也暴露出一些施工管理方面的问题,而这些问题迟迟得不到彻底解决.建筑工程质量管理问题也因此引起全社会的普遍关注.本文就建筑质量管理策略提出建议.

In recent years, the real estate industry has an unpr-ecedented development, achieved the results at racting people's at ention. However, in the rapid development of real estate ind-ustry at the same time, it also exposed some construction mana gement problems, and these problems have not been solved co-mpletely. Quality management of construction engineering pr-oblems thus caused widespread concern in the whole society. This paper puts forward a proposal on the construction quality management strategy.
