In this article, the author combines with the actual work to elaborate the problems of chaotic management and methods behind on construction unit material management , which is difficult to adapt to the requirements of the modern building construction unit development, and sums up some management experience of the engineering materials, put for-ward some ef ective management measures and countermeasu-res are for reference only.
