With the rapid development of the construction in-dustry, building col apse has been exhibited a variety of probl-ems. This article wil aim at this phenomenon, starting from the geological conditions of the site, combined with the inves-tigation concluded and suggestion of report,analyze the flowi-ng sand on site caused by ground subsidence , introduce the special measures in consideration of considering flood contro-l and flood handling as wel as slope safety. And respond to treatment from the construction management level.
