The 12th five-year plan clearly points out that the construction of renewable energy promotion goals, the proport-ion of renewable energy in building wil increase to more than 15%of building energy consumption by 2020. In the develop-ment of renewable energy and clean resources, solar energy as an important renewable energy has thick and heavy in colours on the construction of energy-efficient stage. Reducing the civ-il buildings energy consumption, using non-pol uting solar energy to replace traditional energy sources, has become the focus of at ention. This paper introduces the raw materials enc-ountered in building solar water heater, problems in hot water system instal ation construction, the supervision and inspectio-n of solar hot water system.
