Through the study of architectural form of ancient Wenzhou dwel ings in the natural and social conditions, this paper summarizes how traditional residence in Wenzhou to deal with the relationship between man and nature, man and man. Expounds the reference of traditional dwel ings in the Wenzhou“agricultural reform of the housing”construction for new rural construction, and it puts forward some emulate tra-ditional residential architectural design method.
