In the continued development of real estate, smal-l-sized apartment has been widely concerned, become the main force of the real estate industry, get ing the favour of people. This paper taking the Spacious Courtyard of Hangzhou Jiangn-an Spring City as an example, analyzes the design requirement of utility and comfort of the small-sized apartment houses, the purpose is to provide guidance and reference for the design of smal -sized apartment house, and then to promote the develop-ment of the small-sized apartment, and to lay a solid foundati-on and guarantee for the rise of people's lives quality.
