本工程采用框架-剪力墙结构,存在平面不规则、扭转不规则、楼板不连续、竖向体型收进等抗震不利因素,为不规则高层建筑,须进行抗震设防专项审查.合理布置剪力墙以减弱结构的不规则程度,缓解竖向刚度突变部位和平面薄弱环节在地震作用下应力和变形的集中程度,对薄弱部分进行中震不屈服分析并采取适当的抗震构造措施,提高结构在强烈地震作用下的抗震性能.
本工程採用框架-剪力牆結構,存在平麵不規則、扭轉不規則、樓闆不連續、豎嚮體型收進等抗震不利因素,為不規則高層建築,鬚進行抗震設防專項審查.閤理佈置剪力牆以減弱結構的不規則程度,緩解豎嚮剛度突變部位和平麵薄弱環節在地震作用下應力和變形的集中程度,對薄弱部分進行中震不屈服分析併採取適噹的抗震構造措施,提高結構在彊烈地震作用下的抗震性能.

The project adopted the frame-shear wal structure, including unfavorable factors of irregular plane, torsional irre-gularity, floor discontinuity, vertical step-back seismic, is the iregular high-rise building, need do special shal review of our earthquake-proof. Rational arrangement of shear wal s to redu-ce the degree of irregular structure, ease the concentration de-gree of stress and deformation of the vertical stiffness mutation position and weak plane under the effect of earthquake,it doe-s the non-yield analysis of weak part in earthquake and takes appropriate seismic fortification measures, to improve the seis-mic performance of structures under strong earthquake.
