With the increasingly fierce competition of the con-struction enterprises in the domestic and overseas, the const-ruction management level not only influence the quality and credibility of construction enterprises, but also has a significa-nt impact on the economic efficiency of enterprises. In order to improve the ef iciency, reduce the costs, win the reputation of enterprises, and achieve the more economical, more efficient and safer construction process, people have to discuss the pro-blem of how to improve the level of construction management.
