The shoddy construction damage to the corporate image will bring greater negative impact to the enterprise. Ent-erprises to maintain their own image, must at ach importance to the construction quality of all unit project. Only improving the overal quality of enterprises to make it in the market com-petition remained. In this paper, characteristics and causes of construction project quality problems are analyzed.
