Deep excavation construction environment is com-plex, and it is prone to foundation pit collapse and safety acid-ent. Based on the analysis of local collapse events of an engin-eering supporting structure in the basement construction proc-ess, elaborates the construction practice experience and its tre-atment, hoping to provide some help to the similar project ma-nagement personnel to do a good job in the risk recognition and emergency treatment of collapse in the excavation of deep foundation pit earthwork.
