This paper analyzes the present situation of the cur-rent cost of high-rise building projects in China, combined with the outstanding problems existing in the present system and the malpractice of the engineering, mainly aims at the des-ign stage and puts forward the corresponding measures to red-uce the project cost, control project cost, to provide theoretical reference for China's construction project cost management.
