房屋墙体裂缝的出现不仅影响建筑物美观,更重要的是减小墙体受力截面、破坏墙体的整体性、降低构件的承载能力及抗震性能,较严重的裂缝将引起墙体渗水、灌风,以致影响建筑物的使用功能.本文就框架结构房屋墙体裂缝产生的原因进行分析,并提出防治措施.

The appear of crack house wal not only affect the beauty of buildings, more important is to reduce the wall stres-s section, undermine the integrity of the wall , reduces the bear-ing capacity and seismic performance, more serious cracks will lead to wal seepage with the wind, that influence the use func-tion of the building. This paper analyzes the reason of the cra-cks in the wal frame structure housing generated, and puts for-ward the prevention measures.
