This article interpret and analysis of the architectu-ral background of the republic of building, trace to explore the neighborhood relationship and its humanistic values presented in the republic of architectural design, and expect the rationa-lity and desirability to combines traditional with international living atmosphere of the republic building so as to feasibility studies the humanistic values of residential building in the rep-ublic of China can do some inspiration of the increasingly app-arent indifference “neighborhood relationship” in the modern urban planning and architectural design.
