随着我国高新技术园区发展模式转变,园区规划的产业内容不能再停留在务虚层面,只以单一的空间规划为导向;必须纳入产业研究,补足城市规划在之前高新区规划中的缺位,以产业规划指导为园区规划,使空间规划切实落位到相对准确的细分领域和重点项目.
