With the rapid development of the economy and the increasing infrastructure investment, thereby the constru-ction industry has developed rapidly, but many engineering problems in the construction process are exists. This article de-scribes the problems of quality, environmental pol ution, cost of poor management and security in the process of construct-ion management and proposes appropriate solutions.
