Along with the concrete industry development, th-ere must be many enterprises and uneven, some good and so-me bad; blind investment and construction, resulting in excess capacity; competition intensifies, causes the enterprise to qua-lity in order to gain profit. These conditions restrict the dev-elopment of concrete industry. This paper talks about a bit view and suggestions of the production situation and superv-ision problems in concrete.
