Aim at the management model of construction ge-neral contract, the company is not directly involved in the im-plementation of the project, but to send the supervision engin-eer on behalf of the company to monitor the implementation of the project so as to operate the project normal y. In order to m-ake the project run along the normal trajectory, the author considers put ing the 4M1E method and the PDCA cycle met-hod to the implementation of the project at al stages.
