“Green energy” has become a topic of common concern in the world, but also become an important way to save cost, improve efficiency, the fundamental of building en-ergy efficiency is low carbon. This paper taking the application of energy saving technology in a project as an example, thro-ugh the analysis of materials, construction, new energy in the application, sums the necessity of development of low carbon building.
