当前建筑施工合同管理纠纷问题已经成了涉及民生和普通群众切身利益的问题.文中基于此分析了建筑施工合同管理中的变更与索赔问题、合同价格对结算的影响以及最终结算与优先受偿权等方面的内容.这一研究对于加强建筑施工合同的管理具有一定的借鉴意义.

The current construction contract management dis-putes have become involved in the people's livelihood and immediate interests of the masses. In this paper, based on this it analyzes the change and claim problems of construction con-tract management, the ef ect of the contract price set lement and the final set lement and priority, and so on. This research has certain reference significance for strengthening the constr-uction contract management.
