Along with the continuous growth of national econ-omy, the construction industry has been rapid development, and become the pil ar industry of our country. How to make the real estate enterprises to keep youth in the fierce compe-tition of the market economy, how to improve the economic efficiency of real estate enterprise is the current enterprise co-nsidered and solve problems. Combined with many years of work experience, the author analyzes the existence of the real estate project development cost management problem in the work, and puts forward some measures to solve.
