监理制是公路工程建设管理的“四项基本制度”之一,但随着公路建设的持续发展,该项制度暴露出了越来越多问题.笔者结合自身工作经验,提出了公路建设监理制度的现状和存在的问题,并针对其存在的问题提出了监理制度改革的方向和举措.

The supervision system is one of the “four basic systems” of highway construction management, but with the continued development of highway construction, the system has exposed more and more problems. The author bases on his work experience and put forward the status and problems of highway construction supervision system, and come up with the directions and measures of the supervision system reform according to the existing problems.
