建筑工程的一个主要的通病就是建筑物渗水,关于建筑物渗水的影响因素有很多,包括材料质量的好坏、设计是否合理以及维护管理是否落到了实处等.建筑物的许多地方都需要重点进行防水,而建筑物顶层就是其中一个重点方面.本文就建筑物顶层渗水进行相关原因的分析,并提出一些解决措施.

One of the main common problems in construction is the building water seepage, there are many factors that infl-uence on building water seepage, including material quality, whether the design is reasonable or the maintenance manag-ement fal s to real point. Many local buildings need to focus on the waterproof, and building top floor is one key aspect. Based on the analysis of related reasons the seepage of buildings, this paper puts forward some measures to solve.
