With the development of national water conservan-cy, computer technology has deep into the each field of water conservancy construction and operation management, carrying engineering information network has become an important part of the engineering network. This paper presents a set of solvi-ng dynamic environment monitoring system based on PLC on the basis of water conservancy project layout characteristics.
