The comprehensive building management of multi-property has increasingly become a social management chal -enge. Although various fire technologies are more and more perfect, the management of productive unit always at the crack of norms and regulations, due to the regular features of mult-i-property, the management basis cannot be found in the actual work. This article discusses about the fire prevention and cont-rol of the comprehensive building of multi-property rights.
