Level control system was adopted as an innovation case in this paper. By the introduction of background application, necessary knowledge and skills base have been analyzed, teaching target was also included. This paper emphasized on the organization and implementation of the established case, including some stages: project leading, students' way of studying, training, commissioning and thinking, process monitoring and guidance by teachers and so on. The results show that, practice not only can improve the students' practice ability, but also can develop consciousness and innovative ability.
