Risk evaluation of the submarine pipeline engineering project has the characteristic of fuzziness. Due to the aforementioned characteristic, this paper utilizes the fuzzy mathematics comprehensive evaluation principle,combined with the level of risk analysis method, to establish respectively a failure factor system and an evaluation index system for the submarine pipeline. The weight of each influencing factor can be determined by using expert evaluation method and statistical data. With the actual project conditions, the risk values of submarine pipeline can be calculated by combining the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (AHP).
