Taking T-beam erection in difficult condition of Beijing-Shijiazhuang passenger transport line as an example, the paper describes the construction of T-beam reloading. It sets up girder erection base according to the local condition, uses gantry cranes with different-height support leg to lift and upside-down charge, and coordinate erector and transporting girder vehicle to complete the upside-down charging and beam feeding, and overcome the difficult condition that the area is long and narrow, and level difference is large, and resolve the problems in T-beam lifting, upside-down charging and beam feeding.
