This paper used the MCEM algorithm, gave the parameter estimation problem of the logarithmic normal distribution under constant stress, and made data simulation which found that MCEM algorithm was more effective than EM algorithm in the parameter estimation of logarithmic normal distribution, and convergence speed was faster.
