工学结合人才培养模式是培养学生具有一定的专业实践和社会工作经历的有效途径,但共同参与工学结合模式运行的政府、企业和学校三方都存在着一定的问题,我们希望发挥政府协调职能,完善政策法规,加大投资力度;调动企业积极性;建立高职院校制度保障体系,重构课程体系,培养企业对口人才.通过政府政策法规的推力、企业主动参与的动力和学校的引力形成合力,完善高职院校“工学结合”之路.

Combination of Working and Learning mode is a effective way to cultivate students with certain professional practice and social work experience, but three are some problems in government, enterprise and school in work-study combination mode, so the author hope to play the government's functions, improve policies and regulations, increase investment; mobilize enterprises' activity; establish the system of guarantee system, reconstruct curriculum system, and train personnel adapting to the enterprise. Through the promotion of government policies and regulations, active participation of enterprises and gravitation of schools, it can form resultant force and improve the"Combination of Working and Learning" road.
