我国筑坝众多,且病险水坝比例近半.一旦溃坝将会给下游居民带来灾难性后果.水库大坝的风险以溃决的概率与溃坝后果的乘积来度量.在目前的风险研究中,只有溃坝的环境影响方面,无论是国际上还是国内,都接近空白.此文将参考相关研究成果,运用模糊数学的理论基础对溃坝的环境影响进行分析评价并引用实例加以分析.

There are many dams in China, and the proportion of dangerous dams is nearly half. Once the dam break, it will bring disastrous consequences to downstream residents. To measure the dam risk is the product of outburst probability and dam failure. At present, in the risk study, the research about the environmental impact of dam failure is nearly empty at home and abroad. As result, this article will reference to related research, use the theoretical basis of the fuzzy mathematics to analyze and evaluate the environmental impact of the dam failure and analyze with reference examples.
