ABSTRACT:This paper expounds the functional features of micro letter and micro letter public platform, discusses the feasibility of applying micro letter service in the library, introduces the information interaction process of library’s micro letter public account, functional design of micro letter service and the registration and configuration of the micro letter public account, and analyzes the application cases of micro letter service in the library.
