This paper took the environmental treatment proj-ect of the sand and stone material mine near Wuyi reservoirs in Bole City in Xinjiang province as an example, through the reasonable construction measures, eliminating the adverse eff-ect of pit and waste rock and restoration the geological env-ironment. The project can not only beautify the environment, but also meet the needs of development and construction of city, so it has a good social and economic benefits and env-ironmental benefits.
