目前，迁村并点中中心村的选择大多是规划者主观判断缺乏准确性和科学性。本文以祁家湾街为例，以层次分析法为选取工具，建立了中心村评价指标体系。并以“以人为本”为判断准则，最终选取了庙李湾等八个中心村。

At present, the selection of the center vil age cho-ose in the relocation of vil ages is mostly depends on the sub-jective judgments of planners which is lack of accuracy and is not scientific. This paper took Qijiawan Street as an example, using the method of analytic hierarchy process and establishi-ng the evaluation index system of the center vil age. and fol o-wing the “people-oriented” criterion, the author final y selec-ted Liwan village and other seven villages as the center village.
