This paper analyzed synthetical y the hazardous ch-emical reaction, from the aspects of the main harm of hazar-dous chemical reaction, occurred equipment and measures for fire and explosion prevention. This paper took the HAZOP analysis method, through the analysis of the process and op-erating procedures, discussing the problems of hazard and op-erability in the process.
