武汉江汉六桥为双塔自锚式悬索桥,主梁设计为钢混组合结构,其中钢主梁采用顶推工艺安装。受汉江通航影响,其顶推最大跨径达到了90 m,施工难度大。本文在介绍设计概况和顶推工艺的基础上,对钢梁顶推施工控制要点和难点进行了分析,并提出了具体控制措施。

The Sixth Jianghan Bridge in Wuhan province are bridge-tower self-anchored suspension bridge of which the de-sign of the main girder adopted steel-concrete composite str-uctures and the instal ation of steel girders applied the push te-chnology. Under the influence of river navigation, the largest span of thrusting reached 90 m, so the construction was dif-ficult. Based on the design profile and launching technology, this paper analyzed the difficulties and key controlling points of the technology and put forward specific control measures.
