The safety management and control is the most important part of the whole construction project, and the co-nstruction quality wil have a direct relationship with the broad masses’ life and property safety, so it has play a decisive role. This paper focused on the set ing up of the “people-oriented”concept of safe production and the improvement of the regu-latory system and the quality of personnel.
