The construction is the core link for the housing construction which is related to the business reputation and public life. Therefore, to strengthen the construction quality of building engineering is imminent. In this paper, through the analysis of the current quality problems of social housing con-struction, the author put forward several suggestions to impro-ve the housing construction quality.
