With the shortage of land resources, the increasing of young purchasers and the increase in prices, humanized smal and medium-sized apartments have emerged with more rich space and more complete function. This paper expounded the points should be paid at ention to in the design of diver-sified transformation of small and medium-sized apartments, hoping the layout of the smal apartment to meet the original design concepts.
