随着社会的发展，我国的老龄化现象愈加严重，老年人在社会服务、住房以及医疗等几个方面的需求在不断增加。本文主要研究了我国城市人口老龄化的原因，并对其现状进行了分析，提出了一些城市规划中的应对措施，希望能够更好地提高社会服务的质量。
隨著社會的髮展，我國的老齡化現象愈加嚴重，老年人在社會服務、住房以及醫療等幾箇方麵的需求在不斷增加。本文主要研究瞭我國城市人口老齡化的原因，併對其現狀進行瞭分析，提齣瞭一些城市規劃中的應對措施，希望能夠更好地提高社會服務的質量。

With the development of society, the aging phen-olmenon is very serious in our country. The demand of the el-derly has been increasing in social services, housing and me-dical care and other aspects. This paper mainly studied the rea-sons of the aging phenomenon in China and analyzed the cu-rrent situation, put ing forward some countermeasures in the city planning and hoping to bet er improve the quality of social services.
