This paper mainly studied the corresponding contr-act management in international project, and discussed aspects of how to make ful use of neutral organization, to set up pr-ofessional audit team, to strengthen the management of team, to strengthen the management of claim for change, hoping to provide some suggestions and tips for the relevant personnel to the contract management.
