我国自20世纪工业发展至今已经取得了显著成绩，然而近期暴露出的问题已经严重影响到了工业及社会经济的长远发展。本文以厦门市海沧区为例，详细阐述了工业发展的现有问题及困境。通过对相关案例进行研究，得出借鉴经验。最后对海沧区的低碳工业发展策略进行了探究，对现有的工业发展困境提出建议。

The industrial development in China has made sig-nificant achievements since last century. However, the proble-ms exposed recently have severely affected the long-term dev-elopment of the industry and social economy. Take Xiamen Haicang district as an example, this paper elaborates existing problems and difficulties of industrial development. Experien-ces are gained through relevant case studies. Final y it conclu-des low carbon industrial development strategies in Haicang and puts forward suggestions on the existing development dil-emmas.
