本文以某民用建筑工程的安全性鉴定工作为背景，在应用中国建筑科学研究院开发的PKPM建筑结构通用计算软件进行结构的承载能力复核验算时，针对软件验算前处理过程中参数的合理控制与选择、对软件验算结果的正确分析与判断提出了一些建议，以供广大从事鉴定工作及设计工作同行的参考与商榷。
本文以某民用建築工程的安全性鑒定工作為揹景，在應用中國建築科學研究院開髮的PKPM建築結構通用計算軟件進行結構的承載能力複覈驗算時，針對軟件驗算前處理過程中參數的閤理控製與選擇、對軟件驗算結果的正確分析與判斷提齣瞭一些建議，以供廣大從事鑒定工作及設計工作同行的參攷與商榷。

This paper took the safety appraisal work of a civil building as the background, in the checking computations of the bearing capacity of the structure building With the unive-rsal calculation software of PKPM developed by Chinese Aca-demy of Building Research, put forward some suggestions for the reasonable control and selection of parameters in the cou-rse of processing before checking of software, the correct jud-ge and analysis of calculation results and, in order to provide reference for identification and design work.
