This paper talked from the architect Wangshu who is widely recognized in contemporary China, talked about tra-ditional and ecological levels in “architectural meaning”, and then referred to the Northern Shaanxi cave. Through the discu-ssion of cave dwel ing, the author obtained that the low tech-nology strategy is a way to solve the ecological and environ-mental protection and energy consumption problem.
