本文结合佛山新城 CBD 项目三轴搅拌桩在基坑围护中作为止水帷幕的应用，阐述了三轴搅拌桩的施工工艺、技术要点及质量控制措施。结果表明，现场开挖至基坑底部，无明显漏水现象，止水效果良好。

This paper, combined with the application of three shaft stirring pile used as water stopping curtain in foundation pit support of the CBD metro project of new city of Foshan, expounding construction technology, key technical points and quality control measures of three shaft stirring pile. The results showed that, there was no obvious water leakage phenomenon when workers excavated from the ground to the bot om, thus the application of this type of piles has a good sealing effect.
